Subject: Molly and Tasha

Hi Adele,
It has been quite a while since I have written you. I just thought that I would give you an update regarding our girls. Tasha is everything that you said she was, she does run Molly and she is the boss. Molly is very timid, she barks at everything. when she barks to much Tasha reprimands her. Kassaundra my daughter says that she is her dog and that I am the grandma. Molly and Tasha sleep in my bed and spend the day trying to get my attention. If I hold Tasha, then Molly wants on my lap, and vice versa. Molly is just a joy to be around. When we give them treats or greenie's Molly will go hide hers and then take Tasha's. So then there is a Tug of war between the two dogs. This is so much fun to watch.
Since I got the girls, we have gone threw many changes. The best news is that Karlie is now walking. I attribute that to your furkids. Karlie wanted to take the dogs for a walk. The dogs were nervous around her wheel chair. So I told her that the only way the dogs would be around her was if she got out of the chair and started to walk.Karlie started out with a walker. Both dogs did not like Karlie's walker either. It has taken quite some time for Karlie to build up her strength. Both Karlie and Tasha made their first visit around the block. This is a wonderful day in our home. Karlie and Tasha were both quite tired when they got back but we are pleased with the out come.
Thank you for the wonderful gift that you have given my family. I could never repay you for what you have given me. Karlie now walks and that is because of Molly and Tasha...
Thank you Thank you
Love Anastacya, Karlie, Shaina, Princess Tasha and Miss Molly

Subject: A Big Thank-you

Hello Adele,

I called you back in August about a Yorkshire my mother had purchased from a less than reputable breeder because she felt so sorry for him.  He had been raised in a cage and at 9 months was not trained to relieve himself on pads and was absolutely scared of everything.  Mom quickly realized that she was way in over her head.  I had called you and you talked to me giving me much advice about putting a diaper on him and keeping him penned up when he couldn't be supervised closely.

Well here we are and she is now seeing more successes than failures.  In this short amount of time he has flourished and adores my mother.  He is so loyal to her and a wonderful companion.  I'm sure in the near future she will the able to train him completely.
She wouldn't part with him for anything.

From the bottom of my heart I'd like to thank-you for taking the time to talk to me, and for a dog that was not even yours.  You love these Yorkshires, and I will definitely contact you when my old girl is gone and I am ready for another dog.

Thank-you again

Hello Fran,

I would firstly like to tell you that Adele is so wonderful and she is always there if you have any questions.  For the first while I wasn't quite sure what was normal for my baby or not and she was always really punctual about replying to my emails.

Adele is so great with the puppies I could tell right away that they had been so loved.  Her house is so wonderful with all of the puppies running around.  She also seemed to care for them with extra care.  My vet said that the vitamins and food that she gave me were VERY good for the puppie and that she thought the puppie was very well taken care of.

To tell you the truth I don't even think that I would try another breeder because my experience with Adele was so wonderful.  The first day I left a message inquiring about the puppies she called me right back to tell me all about them.

I could go on and on... she's a sweetheart.  My little guy is wonderful, he's brought so much joy and healing to my house.

I hope that this has helped you out a bit please let me know if you have any questions at all.

Take care and enjoy your new baby!

Melissa

Dear Fran....Trust me you are in excellent hands!  I met Adele over the internet/telephone 4 years ago when I like you wanted to buy a Yorkie.  Adele had a tremendous amount of patience with me answering many questions and listening to my needs.  I really wanted a "snuggly" pup one that was not as independent as some can be.  After many hours/days of conversation Adele spent the time watching her litter and finally selected "Molly" for me.  We still had to wait for 6-8 weeks (I think it was 8 or even more) before Molly could leave her mom, but in the meantime Adele and I spoke regularly about Molly and the general care for Yorkies!  Molly flew into Toronto and I had to pick her up at the airport.  Well, let me tell you I had tears in my eyes when Molly's crate came through the gate.  She had pillows, blankets, bows, toys, water etc...and the crate covered in ribbons!  Molly is still spoiled today!
It was sad to see other crates with absolutely nothing except the poor dogs dying to get out!  Molly was in excellent health, a little nervous but settled down quickly.  She adapted well to our family and home and trained very easily.  Today she thinks she own's the place and loves to play "wally"...we throw her wally, she retrieves and then will spend hours teasing us!

Shortly after purchasing Molly, I asked Adele for another dog, they are so cute!!!!!  We decided on a boy this time with hopes of mating them.   Adele  and Claude drove from Ottawa to my place in Mississauga to deliver Tux!  He was one beautiful except Molly was not impressed!  Tux would not play with her and quite frankly stuck his nose in the air!  We gave it a whirl but Molly won and Tux had to go so Adele came back with her whole gang (must of been 12 yorkies running around here).  To make a long story short, Molly picked Lizzy to hang with and that was that.  Tux went home happy!  Molly had a playmate, and Lizzy is now the Alpha dog in this place.

Well I didn't give up, and Adele is the queen of patience!  Six months later Adele & Claude graciously allowed us to head to Ottawa and try mating Molly & Lizzy!  Well that didn't turn out but the visit was great!  Adele with Claudes support take such good care of their dogs.  Their home is spic and span and with 12+ dogs I would think that is a feat!  All of the animals were in good health, happy running everywhere just having a good ole time.  Neither Molly or Lizzy caught, so that was the end of that idea, but when I was at Adele's I noticed this cute little guy 'cricket' a pup that Adele repossessed from a previous purchaser who did not care for the little guy properly.
Cricket was Adele's now.  She knew if she kept him he would get the love and care he deserved.

You probably didn't want such a long response, but I think you will see by reading this (time frame of 2 years), Adele has stood behind her word and is a honest, caring lady bursting with integrity!

Now about Cricket....mmmm....it took quite awhile for me to convince Adele to sell me her baby.  The tables turned, now it was me the buyer who had to beg, grovel, plead with Adele to  part with him.  She didn't want to because he had a bad experience, but she also knew I was taking good care of the others so reluctantly she agreed.  Claude and Adele drove to Kingston where we met and exchanged not only money and dog but lots of tears. Again, blankets, pillows, toys, water, ribbons, bows and the most handsome dog in the world!    I assured her I would take special care of him and keep her posted.

Today I have four Yorkies.  Molly & Lizzy mated with Cricket aka skippy (he was skipping from one female to the other!).  Molly had two pups and Lizzy had four.
I gave all the pups away to my friends so that I could keep an eye on them except the runt Lucy.  So we are a happy family of four Yorkies:  Molly, Lizzy, Cricket and Lucy.  I frequently visit Adele's site to check out the new pups and if I could I would even have more, but the hubby is complaining about the lack of room in the bed now!!

If you never had a Yorkie, boy are you in for a treat!  They are snuggly, curious, protective (they think they're big) and easy to care for!  Mine a bit too demanding because I spoiled them so they have me trained to get carrots, beans, cookies, breath mints on  demand.  If I choose the wrong treat of choice they will not take it so off I run to hopefully select the right one!  Geeeez

Adele is on the up and up!  All 3 transactions were as one should expect and more.  Not only did I get 3 directly and 1 indirectly absolutely wonderful furkids, I made two friends.

If you wish to speak with me directly you may call anytime (905) 823-6213 and I would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.  Best of luck and happiness with your furkid!
Theresa Sherwood

PS  I sent one photo of three of the little critter's sunning themselves on the deck, Molly is off nosing around???  It's not a great shot but I can't find the right CD to send you others.
